5. Once you place an order, please email us a pdf copy of your logo! (shop@swanny.ca)

Please ensure that your logo is a good quality image & that it is in the correct format! When emailing us, please attach your name, logo & order confirmation.

PROCESSING TIME:

✿ All of our products are on a MTO (made-to-order) basis & we strive to complete your order within a 7-14 day timeframe! This does not include your estimated shipping time listed at checkout. If you are in need of a rush order, please reach out before placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate within reason! Additional charges may apply.
